Standard pipe connector

The Vario-Tisch is a flexible modular system of a coupling station that enables all extensions and conversions in the future.

In total, there are 10 Vario-Tisch racks that are welded and equipped and are therefore delivered ready for installation. Brackets for transportation and for later extensions (cover plates, coding brackets) are already lasered into the frame.

All tables have a uniform height and can therefore be positioned next to and behind each other without changing the operating height. The center-to-center distance is the same across all frames, so that the Vario-Tisch can be extended in width as required with additional frames.

The Vario-Tisch has two infeed levels as standard and can be fitted with diameters of 40.0 / 45.0 / 50.0 / 60.3 mm in one frame - in all materials. This means that materials and flutes can be easily converted and relocated at a later date using the special locking suspension system. Both levels can also be connected to each other using Y-pieces. Plates, platforms and other add-on parts are completely freely configurable.
Basically, a Vario-Tisch coupling station can be configured and requested in no time at all. Dimensions can already be taken into account during the planning phase.
