PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Suction lances are used in the plastics industry at the suction point. For this purpose, the suction lance is inserted with a hose into the container (material container, octabin). By regulating with false air that is added, the system sucks granulate from the container. Suction lances are available from Michel Tube in various lengths and diameters. An internal bracket has proven to be particularly advantageous because it prevents disruptive edges. The suction lances are available from Michel Tube in aluminum, stainless steel, and as a hybrid aluminum stainless steel version.
For particularly high-quality requirements, Michel Tube also offers stainless steel suction lances with air filters. This ensures that no particles are sucked into the air circuit. The result is high-quality plastic end products. The prerequisite for this is that this type of air filtration is consistently implemented in the operation and that there are no “weak points” with regard to air purity in the suction process.
