PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pipe connectors at Michel Tube refer to all clamping connections with sealing inserts used in vacuum applications or suction conveying.
In the plastics industry, this is the most common type of connection. During assembly, two clean and deburred pipe ends are inserted halfway into the pipe connector. The two screws are tightened alternately, and the flat seal provides the seal. The electrical charge is dissipated via the so-called grounding strap.
