Since the MAG 14.000 and the magnetic rod separators exclusively filter ferritic components from the material, Michel Tube also includes an all-metal separator in its portfolio. This detects all impurities in the material and discharges them via a cyclone electronically, using a flap mechanism.

An interesting combination here is the MAG 14.000 with the electronic separator. If the MAG 14.000 is installed upstream of the electronic metal separator, it will already capture all ferritic components. The electronic magnetic separator will therefore be triggered less often and discharge less good material. When the MAG 14.000 is opened, the ferritic components migrate into the electronic separator, which is then triggered and discharges the foreign bodies all at once – without wasting much good material.
