Important information about delivery times, prices, and terms and conditions

Please understand that due to the strained supply and freight situation, previously confirmed delivery dates may change. We would like to inform you that we will not cover any costs incurred due to delayed deliveries that are the responsibility of our carriers.

Please note that for some product groups, we have multiple manufacturing facilities in different countries. The countries of manufacture listed by us on the invoice always refer to the main production site; therefore, deviations from this are entirely possible. Due to the strained supply situation in the raw materials market, price adjustments, delivery delays, and general supply bottlenecks may occur on a daily basis.

Our delivery obligation, even for confirmed dates, is subject to correct and timely delivery to us by our suppliers. The delivery dates we offer or confirm are therefore non-binding due to the current situation and are based on the delivery dates promised by our suppliers, but are always subject to the availability of our upstream suppliers. Prices are valid at the time of the offer but can currently only be guaranteed for immediate orders. For orders received later, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, update the prices. The prices stated in the order confirmation apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that the images may differ from the delivered products. Minimum order quantity: For orders with a value below EUR 500.00, we charge a minimum order quantity surcharge. (Excluding contract manufacturing) Order quantities: We reserve the right to adjust prices for deviating order quantities. Prices are valid only for a single, complete order.

Order changes: After receipt of the order confirmation, order changes are possible only for a flat change fee of EUR 15.00. Pickup via parcel service: Pickups of a package using a parcel service arranged by the customer are generally not possible. Likewise, we do not make arrangements with other parcel service providers. We ship exclusively via DPD or, in exceptional cases, via DHL. Pickup by freight forwarder: Pickups by external freight forwarders may involve waiting times. For the pickup or loading of pallets or long goods, we charge a logistics fee ranging from EUR 25.00 to EUR 75.00. Neutral delivery: Neutral shipments are sent with a system-generated neutral standard delivery note (plain). Proof of delivery: Unless otherwise specified, the invoice date is the same as the shipping date. Delivery dates: Please note that the delivery date refers to the shipment of the goods. We will gladly take a requested delivery date into account. However, this is non-binding. Certificates / Requirements: Material certificates must be requested at the time of ordering. Documents requested at a later date cannot be issued. If our products are used in the hygiene, food, or medical sectors, the exact quality and requirements must be determined in advance—any additional cleaning processes for the products will incur additional costs. Returns / Restocking: Products delivered to construction sites (not stock orders) can only be returned within a maximum of 8 weeks upon prior agreement. The goods will be inspected upon arrival, repackaged, and stored. A flat storage fee of 100 euros per order will be charged. Refunds will be issued exclusively via a credit note for settlement.

Note: Our goods are expressly not intended for the U.S. market. Wear-resistant products are not suitable for outdoor use. Residues in bulk materials cannot be ruled out when using wear-resistant products. Please note: We may offer our standard products, which may differ from your inquiry. Please check the technical specifications on a case-by-case basis. Project planning and quantity calculation. Please note that the determination of a quantity structure applies exclusively to the piping material. Any installation materials and/or linear expansion components (compensators) or fluid mechanics products are not taken into account. We provide only a recommendation for the design and therefore assume no warranty for the functionality of the entire system.
